Scope of Work
Dero have the skills and resources to offer a wide variety of sheet metal fabrications and engineering work. We offer a complete package from conception, design, product development and prototypes, through to manufacture. In addition we are able to provide any sub-contract services necessary to produce a quality finished product.
Founded in 1977 by Dennis and Roger, passing to its present owners in 2001 following the retirement of the original partnership. Dero has maintained a wide range of regular Customers spanning a wide and diverse number of industries. This has lead to Dero earning a strong reputation for the manufacture of top quality sheet metal work; achieved by always providing high quality workmanship, competitive prices, reliable delivery and a willingness to ensure complete Customer satisfaction.
Dero are a family run company based in the historic city of Worcester within easy reach of the M5 Motorway, boasting a modern 20,000 square foot factory, housing some of the latest manufacturing and computer equipment.

1977 - Dero Founded.
1980 - Dero move to Unit J1 - 3,000 square foot factory
2001 - Dero passes to its present owner
2004 - Relocation to a modern 10,000 square foot factory
2004 - Installation and commissioning of a Trumpf laser machine
2004 - Radan software, enabling communication with our customers in various electronic formats.
2006 - 3d added to Radan a new dimension for design and communication.
2007 - Edwards Pearson 6 axis CNC press brake installed and commissioned.
2010 - Radan updated to latest version, now boosting 3 fully functional seats.
2012 - New Amada 4kW laser machine replaces the Trumpf
May 2013 - New Amada 170 Tonne 8 axis CNC press brake installed and commissioned
October 2013 - New Amada 100 Tonne 8 axis CNC press brake installed and commissioned
March 2016 - Adjoining 10,000 square foot factory secured; now boasting 20,000 square foot of manufacturing space
June 2016 - New Mazak 6kW Fiber laser replaces the Amada machine
January 2017 - Nitrogen Generator installed
April 2017 - New Amada 170 Tonne 8 axis CNC press brake installed and commissioned
January 2018 - Radan's Radbend, Offline programming and simulation for press brakes
April 2018 - Loewer deburring machine installed and commissioned
May 2018 - Onsite bead blasting equipment installed and commissioned
June 2018 - NS LMD 2500 2Z Belt Finihsing Machine Installed and commissioned
May 2019 - Haeger 618 MSPe Instertion Machine Installed and commissioned
